1. The content of the customer service policy are subject to change without any prior notice. Use this document as a guideline only, no any legal right can be obtained from this policy.
2. Product warranty shall be considered only against the manufacturing defects in the product.
3. No warranty on Power-supply unit.

Thank you for purchasing this Micropack product. It is our pleasure to present you this Warranty guideline.

Information, Terms and Conditions:

You can get the warranty services by duly registering the purchased product in our website, support.sagarnetwork.com or www.baleyo.com. Please go to the section of customer care > warranty registration and support ticket.

In case if you are unable to register the product on our official website, then kindly send us a mail on warranty@sagarnetwork.com with the details.

Customer can enjoy the warranty facility within specified period of time from the date of purchase. If the product is found defective it will be repaired as much as possible within 3-working days or shall be replaced with new one if not possible to repaired.

Within the valid limited warranty period applied to the Product, customer may contact the authorized service centers for warranty service only when the Product purchased becomes defective under proper usage. The limited warranty is under no circumstances transferable to any other party that is not the original buyer of the Product. The limited warranty DOES NOT cover cosmetic damages, damage or loss to any software programs, data, or removable storage media, or damage due to the following;

1.Accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use or modifications of the Product;

2.Improper operation or maintenance of the Product;

3.Connection to improper voltage supply;

4.Attempted or unauthorized repair by any party other than authorized service partners.

5.The warranty seals (wherever applies) have been broken or altered.

The limited warranty DOES NOT apply when the malfunction results from the use of the product in conjunction with accessories, products or ancillary or peripheral equipment, or where it is determined by authorized service center that there is no fault with the product itself.

The limited warranty service is not, in any way, applicable for any operating system or software configured in or by the product. The dealers /customers shall show the original invoice date of purchase of the product.

To repair/replace the product during the warranty period customer shall bring/send the product to the authorized service center on the carry basis. That means the warranty does not cover any transportation and labor cost for the product carrying from/to the service center. The location in Kathmandu are:

- By visiting the Company during office hours (10:00 am to 5:00 pm) excluding  Saturday and Holidays
