BROTHER Printer Warranty Guidelines

1. The content of the customer service policy are subject to change without any prior notice. Use this document as a guideline only, no any legal right can be obtained from this policy.
2. Product warranty shall be considered only against the manufacturing defects* in the product.
3. No warranty on Power-supply unit.

Criteria of the Warranty Services

Generally, it covers services of repairing the Defective product/Parts/Components and Free Service. Please, find the details regarding the services below:

Information, Terms and Conditions:

1.Product sold from the company carry warranty for the fixed period  from the purchase date.

2. You can get the warranty services by duly registering the purchased product in our website, support.sagarnetwork.com or www.baleyo.com. Please go to the section of customer care > warranty registration and support ticket.

In case if you are unable to register the product on our official website, then kindly send us a mail on warranty@sagarnetwork.com with the details.

3. If the product is to be mended beyond the general settings, the customer have to bring the product to the authorized service center on the carry-in basis. Please, be informed that the warranty does not cover any transportation and labor cost incurred during the entire process.

4. The warranty can be claimed

-   By visiting the Company during office hours (10:00 am to 5:00 pm) excluding  Saturday and Holidays

-   Via online, visiting the official website, warranty.baleyo.com

     (Messages are replied within 24 hour of Claim request)

5.Warranty is void,

a) If the customer intentionally or unintentionally opens/ alters / tampers any parts of the product during the warranty period, the company will not be held liable to offer the warranty services.

6. In case of physical damage/ losses of the product due to the unavoidable circumstances such as, Accident, Fire, Dust, Moisture, Water, Rat Cuts, or by means of natural disaster like Earthquake, Floods etc.
The warranty does not cover providing services of external accessories such as Connector Cables, Power Adapter, Buttons, Switch or any sort of externally connectable accessories or devices.

7.In case if the company delayed on providing services of support and maintenance of the product due to the reason beyond the control of company such as non-availability of parts or accessories, politically labor problem, restriction or regulation of government or political issues (e.g. strike), the company should not be consider liable or faulty.

8.For any installation and user guideline, customers are requested to refer to the user manual book of the related product. Please, be aware about the fact that the warranty does not cover any demonstration, installation and training of the product.
